Jessica Bulman-Pozen is a Professor of Law at Columbia Law School. She teaches and writes about administrative law, antidiscrimination law, constitutional law, and federalism. She previously served as an attorney-adviser in the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel and a law clerk to Justice John Paul Stevens and Judge Merrick B. Garland.
