David Hausman is a Ph.D. candidate in Stanford’s Department of Political Science Department. He studies immigration enforcement and mass adjudication. His work has been published in the Stanford Law Review, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and the Journal of Law, Economics, and Organization. From 2016 to 2019, he was an attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union Immigrants’ Rights Project. He continues to consult occasionally for the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project and other immigrants' rights organizations. This post is unrelated to that consulting work.
